Seeking a suitabally qualified and experienced Production Manager to coordinate activites concerning production, confer with management to establish production and quality control standards as well as cost control.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 / Matric is essential
Post Matric Qualification (e.g. NQF level 7 / Diploma)
MS Office proficient, particularly on MS Outlook, Word, and advance Excel.
Min of 5 years' relevant working experience.
An in-depth knowledge and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Planning and Organizing Structure; organizing, resourcing and management of the production
operation.
Successfully execute production plan to meet manufacturing deliverables as well as customer
requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
Staff Management
Performance management.
Understand BCEA, LRA, Bargaining Council Main Agreement, as well as legal compliance requirements,
policies, and procedures.
Understanding and managing all IR related interventions within operations.
T&A system management and approvals.
Maintenance
Budgets
Propose any amendments to improve processes.
Champion all Lean improvement projects.
