**Responsibilities** - Manage logistics efficiencies & budget performance within Exports operation. - Ensure export customers’ Service fill rates >95%. - Ensure export customers’ on-time deliveries >90%. - Meet all regulatory and customs requirements. - Ensure full alignment, collaboration, and visibility of export requirements across the broader supply chain. - Develop & implement strategies addressing exports logistics, supply chain planning & expediting. - Lead and define initiatives in support of the productivity agenda. - Manage third party services and relationships within EXPORTS. - The effective management of all Exports’ outputs and KPIs. - Implement, monitor, and enhance all governance & control requirements. - Develop & execute talent, organizational health & diversity plans. - Source and adapt best practice within and outside of Pepsico. - Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders including WECA leadership, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and SPL. - Develop and execute customer collaboration and service improvement plans. - Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and service level agreements with all partners in countries where product is exported to. **Qualifications** - Relevant post Grade 12 qualification preferable a degree in Logistics or MBA - Excellent communication and influencing skills - Strong cross functional linkages require alignment with the Demand and Supply planning teams - Systemic process orientation with an affinity for detail. - Capacity to manage complexity and diverse requirements from customers - Must be able to work across functional boundaries whilst navigating a reasonable amount of uncertainty. - Ability to interact with & support the decision-making process on key business topics with multiple levels of associates, including senior stakeholders. - Strong technical knowledge within the export’s ambit. **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
