Spray Painter

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a Spray Painter who is an individual that is proud of his/her work, who is efficient and would be an asset to the company.

**Requirements**:

- 5 Years’ experience as a spray painter in a similar environment
- Matric certificate (pass) would be an advantage
- Be prepared to work overtime when required

**Duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to**:

- Carefully prepare surfaces for painting
- Mix paints with an understanding of the blends and multi-layered formulations in modern paints and create the required finishes.
- Follow all the steps to produce a well finished product
- Work at a professional level so that all final products reach the required quality standard
- Fill in time sheets and general administration
- Comply with health and safety standards and regulations
- Comply with the housekeeping and hygiene standards
- Manage staff in the spray booth department

**Responsibilities**
- Follow instructions from superior
- Report any safety risks
- Report any damage to equipment

**Experience**:

- Spray Painting: 5 years (preferred)
- Preparation: 2 years (preferred)
