**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing procurement company specialising in supplying products and equipment to the mining and mineral processing industries globally. With a strong network of global suppliers and a reputation for efficiency, we’re expanding our team and looking for a dynamic **Sales Expert** to drive our company’s growth.
**Role Summary**:
As a Sales Expert, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales with mining companies and industrial clients. You’ll work closely with our procurement and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads in the mining and mineral processing sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely sourcing and delivery
- Attend industry events and stay informed about trends and competitor activities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales or related fields. 2 - 3 years working experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Written and Verbal Communication (Fluent in English).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and mining industry dynamics
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
