We are a fast-growing fibre optic company with a young, dynamic team looking to employ a customer support agent/technician to join our team in Sandown, Cape Town.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
FTTH / FTTB installations

Performing basic troubleshooting on client’s ONT, either remotely or on-site
Able to provide weekly feedback on installations/faults

FOA Certfication
Previous working experience as an IT / Fibre Technician

Required

Matric
Drivers license
Good English communication
Clear criminal record
Own reliable transport

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
