We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage the end-to-end process of **receiving, procurement, and quality control** within our shopfitting manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that materials and components are sourced cost-effectively, received accurately, and meet our quality standards. Strong **administrative and computer skills** are essential for maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

**Procurement**
- Source and purchase raw materials, hardware, and consumables required for production.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotes, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Raise and process purchase orders accurately and promptly using ERP or procurement systems.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines, resolve order discrepancies, and maintain good working relationships.
- Monitor stock levels and anticipate material needs based on production schedules.

**Receiving**
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Record and reconcile received goods accurately in the system.
- Report and follow up on any shortages, damages, or incorrect items.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for timely distribution of materials.

**Quality Control**
- Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections on raw materials and components.
- Identify and report non-conforming products to the supplier or relevant internal teams.
- Maintain records of quality inspections, including photos, test reports, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.

**Administration & Systems**
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date procurement, receiving, and quality records.
- Use spreadsheets, inventory management systems, and other digital tools proficiently.
- Generate reports on stock movement, supplier performance, and quality trends.
- Assist in developing and updating SOPs and documentation relevant to procurement and receiving functions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (preferably shopfitting).
- Excellent computer skills - proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP/inventory systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices in a production environment.

**Desirable**:

- Familiarity with timber and hardware components used in shopfitting.
- Driver’s license and own transport.
- Ability to read technical drawings or understand material specifications.
