**The Purpose of your role**
We are looking for a responsible Client Engagement Administrator who can facilitate our Client Engagement Executives with all relevant information required when working to retain a customer. The Administrator should be highly organised and able to multitask with ease. Whilst working alongside the Executives you will also provide valuable insights into customer sentiment
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Client Engagement Administrator you will play a critical role in supporting the Client Engagement and Contracts team by:
- Collating customer data via our billing platform
- You will be expected to verify information from multiple sources in order to ensure colleagues have all of the necessary information before they speak to the customer
- We operate out of a case / ticket system and you will be responsible for triaging cases / tickets that come into the team queue
- Supply our customers with their contractual position should they require it
- Liaise with colleagues across the business in order to ensure all case notes are up to date and communication flows smoothly internally and externally
**Requirements For the Role**
- Capability of learning new software as and when required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management and planning skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Must be able to work under own initiative
**What Does Good Look Like?**
- You will need to create and maintain strong relationships within the organization and given the team is extremely fast paced you will need to be tenacious, conscientious, efficient, and diligent at all times.
**What You Need to Know**
- Salary: R180 000 per annum
- Schedule: Monday to Friday

**Our Recruitment Journey**

If you proceed past this then you will have a telephone interview with the Client Engagement Manager and one other member of the Client Engagement management team.
