**Home Loan Sales Consultant**

Home Loan Sales Consultant will improve sales and the overall business growth with an in-depth understanding of the company products and services. The consultant will create an effective support team and strong business partnerships. Additionally, the consultant will manage relationship with the customers, relative to the agreed and signed off Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and required sales targets.

**Sales Representative duties and responsibilities include**:

- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Lead Prospect Management
- Provide technical advice to clients with regards to product options and offering advice on products required
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative/Consultant
- Grade 12/Matric
- Home loan and credit of minimum 2 + years’ experience
- Insurance experience advantageous
- RE5 Advantages
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- **Interpersonal skills**
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
