**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain Xerox digital print equipment
- Perform regular machine calibration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal output
- Review and prepare print files for production
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to meet standards
- Manage paper, toner, and finishing supplies
- Complete finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, and laminating when required
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Print Operator, specifically with Xerox digital presses
- Strong knowledge of digital printing processes and finishing techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
