- Location: Brackenfell Cape Town
- Duration: 12 Months
- Stipend: R5 500
- Qualification Required: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (University or University of Technology)
**Job Duties**:
- Assist in the preparation and creation of Purchase Orders (POs) in line with internal procurement procedures
- Support the finance team with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with monthly reports, filing, and general ledger updates
- Provide clerical support including scanning, copying, and organizing accounting documents
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve queries related to invoices and payments
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the accounting team
