**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and public safety agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with public safety agencies at the local, provincial, and national levels.
- Respond to requests from public safety agencies related to our telecommunications services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide public safety agencies with access to necessary telecommunications equipment and services.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on public safety best practices and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong knowledge of public safety best practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including technical, legal, and public safety personnel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
