Are you a strategic doer with the skills to lead, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that fuel real business growth? We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to head our in-house team and work directly with the CEO to turn business goals into impactful marketing outcomes.

**What You’ll Bring**:
5+ years in marketing management with a digital-first, lead generation focus
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (design, content, performance, dev)
Proven success building and scaling campaigns across paid & organic channels
Hands-on knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, ad platforms
Sharp communication and project leadership skills

**Bonus Points**:
SEO and funnel optimization know-how
Track record of lowering acquisition costs
A/B testing and CRO experience

**What You’ll Own**:
Lead & Manage a team of 5 (Digital Marketer, Videographer, Designer, Social Media Manager, Web Dev)
Drive & Track performance across Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
Align with CEO to ensure campaigns serve business goals
Manage Budgets for ads, tools, software, and creative resources
Optimize Lead Gen and performance KPIs through continuous analysis
Review Creative Work and jump in hands-on when timelines get tight
