A exciting opportunity has become available to join a International investment management company as an Operations Analyst. They are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious graduate to join their team, based here in Cape Town. You will be part of the Operations team, managing the efficient operational administration for the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer providing accurate and timeous information to the Investment team
- Maintain client information on cloud-based network
- Manage disbursements, verify transaction information; schedule and prepare disbursements; payment authorization
- Reconcile interest ; note charges and refunds; prepare invoices; identify any irregularities
- Monitor financial information, ensure all parties comply with pre-agreed loan agreements
- Review security provided by all parties
- Identify risks and report it to operations manager for further assessment
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as may be required
- Contribute to and adhere to compliance procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of completed tertiary qualification accounting/ finance or economics
- Previous experience in Financial Services Operations is advantageous
- Previous knowledge and understanding of asset-based lending, financial statements would be advantageous
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and priorities
- Must be a good team player, who is able to work well with limited supervision
- Client service focussed
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
