Minimum 2 years experience in tendering role
Minimum of 2 years experience in a tendering role for Substations and Overhead lines.
**Duties And Responsibilities**:
Review tender documents and make notes on important information.
Register new tenders on our system under with all accurate information.
Issue enquiries timeously with all necessary attachments to various suppliers for all quotations on equipment and follow-up.
Tracking Quotations - confirming correctness and completeness of Suppliers' offer which includes CPA/Fixed Price/Validity/AB Schedules/Equipment brochures
Ensure accuracy and efficiency of importing Bill of Quantities to linking on Estimator System.
Compiling Tender Master file efficiently and systematically
Updating and maintaining Technical Schedules.
Maintain Tender Database on relevant system.
Send Tender documents to all Support departments and arrange tender feedback meetings.
Prepare Document Submission in specified format & prepare Tender Document for signature.
Prepare Prequalification documents for Submission.
General administrative duties
Must be able to take minutes held.
