**Main Purpose of the Position**:
To drive sales growth throughout South Africa by consistently identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing services. The role involves maintaining active sales pipelines, engaging in daily sales calls to secure additional business, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The Internal Sales Representative serves as a key point of contact for existing clients, ensuring professional representation of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a business plan to manage organizational sales and achieve growth objectives.
- Meet planned sales targets and set both short
- and long-term sales strategies.
- Promote the organization’s services effectively to current and prospective clients.
- Establish individual sales targets in coordination with the Director of Business Development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads.
- Track and report on sales goals regularly.
- Understand client needs and how they align with company offerings.
- Recommend service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and new service offerings.
- Act as the primary contact for existing clients, addressing queries, providing advice, and introducing new services.

**Main Tasks**:

- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
- Organize sales visits and maintain accurate client records.
- Negotiate contracts and service packages.
- Aim to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Present road transport services confidently to clients.
- Review sales performance with the Director of Business Development weekly.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Maintain professional public relations at all times.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking workshops.
- Develop and report weekly on sales action plans, including successes, challenges, and corrective measures.

**Daily Activities**:

- Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 with professional time management.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities.
- Regular communication with the Director of Business Development.
- Self-managed time and event scheduling to maximize efficiency.

**Weekly Reporting**:

- Update and maintain client lists daily.
- Provide weekly feedback reports to the Director of Business Development.
- Review sales targets and progress regularly.

**Sales Process**:

- Consistently follow up with existing clients to build relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Explore new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Identify key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Approach challenging situations with confidence, seeking support when necessary.
- Build strong client relationships through honesty, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Gather comprehensive client information to support sales strategies.
- Add new clients to the Key Account template for targeted engagement.

Pay: R14 500,00 - R15 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Freight or Logistics: 2 years (required)
