Front-of-house Customer Liaison Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns only when necessary.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels to meet customer demands
- Handle cash, card, and third party delivery platform transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front counter and dining area.
- Assist with packaging take-away orders and ensuring timely service.
- Uphold Mochachos brand standards in customer service and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Quick sservice restaurant industry.
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-food environment is essential.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with transactions and in handling cash.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
