Job description

We require dynamic customer service agents with experience in the insurance industry - mass market. This portfolio specializes in “customer first contact” for recently purchased insurance products for a leading brand.

You will be based in the Western Cape, Southern Suburbs.

**Client Retention Agent Job Responsibilities**:

- Introductory call to customers welcoming them and re-iterating product benefits and reconfirming policy details
- Convince clients to pay arrear premiums, re-instate lapsed policies, restructure policies to make more affordable, and query why premiums are not being paid
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and possible completion and amendment to sale
- Meet personal / customer service team targets and call handling SLA
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
