Our legal client based in Roodepoort is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team

**Minimum requirements**:

- Admitted Attorney
- Right of Appearance at High Court advantageous
- 2-5 Years' Experience as an Admitted Attorney
- Must be very meticulous with standard of work
- Must have knowledge of and experience with High court and Magistrate Court rules, directives and systems (Case Lines and Court online for High Court)
- Knowledge and experience in court process
- Court experience (Appearance) - Non-negotiable
- Excellent drafting abilities (e.g. court papers)
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft literacy)
- Punctual and disciplined
- Must be able to work independently
- Admitted Notary Public will be advantageous
- Must be well presented and professional
- Must be comfortable with running trials and hearings
- Ghost Practice knowledge advantageous
