**Description**:
PSG has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager at our Lowveld Stockbroking and Financial Planning office who will be responsible for the administration of personnel, compliance management, client relationship management, office processes and strategic planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic business and process development, including training of staff
- Coordinate all office processes, including administration projects and finance oversight
- Head of administration
- Deal with general client amendments and queries
- Marketing Initiatives and creating growth opportunities
- Diary management
- Ad-hoc and special projects
- Relationship management with clients and service providers
- Project and Event Management
- Compliance standard in office

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant Degree and ideally industry related qualifications
- 5+ years relevant working experience within the wealth financial services industry
- Business management / managerial experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Financial system experience)
