**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Surveys**: Conduct detailed land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and contours for construction projects.
**Data Analysis**: Analyze survey data to prepare reports and provide accurate information to project managers and engineers.
**Construction Support**: Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of surveying work with construction plans and specifications.
**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all survey work complies with industry standards, local regulations, and project requirements.
**Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and levels.
**Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate records of surveys, including maps, reports, and project documentation.
**Problem-Solving**: Address any discrepancies or issues identified during surveys and provide solutions to mitigate risks.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Licensed Surveyor) are a plus.
