**What’s will you be doing?**

The Quality Assessor responsibilities include creating accurate written versions of audio recordings, reviewing, and editing transcriptions done by speech recognition software, as well as labelling text and analyzing AI generated visual metrics. You should have a good typing speed and superb attention to detail and be able to keep all sensitive information confidential.

Quality Assessor’s play an essential role in ensuring the day-to-day running of KAI. They are the forefront of the work we produce and are a fundamental part of the team.

**What skills you require**:

- Excellent English language capabilities (US & UK writing standards).
- Forensic analysis skills.
- Detail-orientated and deadline-driven.
- A high degree of professionalism and superb work ethic.
- The ability to focus for long periods of time.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 12 Months Unbroken UK BPO experience
- Minimum 12 Months unbroken QA Coach Experience
