Operational Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
- Assist in the execution of key operational processes related to sports betting, including, but not limited to, account management, payment processing, customer support, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with various teams to promptly and efficiently resolve operational issues and customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer-raised issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operational support or a similar role in the sports betting industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of sports betting risk management is desirable.
**Requirements**:
- Passion for sports and a solid understanding of sports betting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
- Familiarity with sports betting risk management concepts.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Understanding of Spanish or Portuguese is preferable.
