**Job Description** Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Program Management**:

- Lead and manage the execution of our investment cohorts, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of portfolio companies, providing support and resources as needed.
- Develop and implement frameworks for tracking and measuring the success of our cohorts and training programs.

**2. Training and Development**:

- Manage our training programs for our venture building fellows, support and help them become successful venture builders.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and industry experts to enhance our training curriculum.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to fellows, fostering their professional growth and development.

**3. Partnership Development**:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with investors, corporates, and governmental organizations to drive growth for our portfolio companies and the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with our mission.
- Create partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and manage partnership agreements.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build visibility and foster relationships.

**4. Communication and Reporting**:

- Prepare and present reports on program performance, partnership activities, and impact metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with partners, portfolio companies, and internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

**Qualifications** Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in program management, partnership development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of venture building, impact investing, and the startup ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Passion for social impact, entrepreneurship, and economic development.
