Job Description: Paintshop Manager
- Mature person with proven paint shop management experience
- To play an active roll in supporting Nissan on daily basis
- Insuring daily management of labour resources run according to contract.
- To insure all projects and cleaning is done according to Quatro and Nissan standards
- Support and guides to Quatro management and Nissan management.
- To insure all procedures are followed daily
- To insure all work are done according to Health and Safety management systems.
- Take a proactive lead in improvement and 5S procedures.
- Ensure equipment and tools are available and taking responsibility for it.
- Attend and support meeting.
- Management of daily timesheets.
- Ensure high standard of housekeeping.
- Requisitioning material for paint shop.
- Do inspection reports, monthly planning as well as shutdown planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record
- Own transport
- At least 6 years’ experience in working in a paint shop
- Experian’s in motor vehicle industry.
- Understanding of policies and procedures to supervise a team
- Reference need to be submitted

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R1.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Paintshop Managerial: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
