**Main Purpose of the job**:
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the succeessful person will be responsible for effectively communicating supplier information to internal customers.

**Education, Experience and Competencies required**:

- Matric with Mathematics and Science
- Qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Management would be an advantage
- Minimum 4 years of Procurement experience
- Bilingual (English is essential)
- Highly computer literate in Windows, Microsoft 365
- Excel Level 3 is essential
- Leadership
- People & Conflict Management

**Key Responsibilities Areas**:

- Sourcing from and engaging with reliable suppliers
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure advantageous terms
- Secure the best pricing, quality, and availability
- Master data maintenance
- Forecast levels of demand for goods
- Processing of all local and international orders
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts regarding incoming shipments
- Manage inbound logistics for procured goods as per set incoterms
- Assist with landed cost information where required
- Prepare, maintain, and review all purchasing files, documents, and reports
- Comply with all ISO requirements
