Estora Home is a premium furniture manufacturer and retailer with showrooms in Johannesburg and Cape Town. We’re known for our high-quality, made-to-order furniture and exceptional customer service. We’re seeking an **experienced, confident, and self-motivated Sales Consultant** to join our growing Cape Town team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-end sales environment and is eager to work with beautiful, custom-made furniture in a design-focused showroom.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Engage with walk-in clients, understand their needs, and confidently present product options.
- Guide customers on furniture styles, configurations, fabrics, and care instructions.
- Learn and retain detailed product knowledge including dimensions, construction, and pricing.
- Generate quotes and follow up to convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Accurately capture customer information and sales data using the invoicing and CRM system.
- Communicate order timelines, warranty details, and company policies to customers.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and update clients on the status of their orders.
- Maintain the visual appeal and organisation of the showroom.
- Collaborate with the head office team and contribute to continuous improvement.

**Desired Experience and Qualification**
- **5-10 years’ experience in sales**, with a strong preference for luxury **furniture or interior design sales**.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confident, professional, and well-presented, with a passion for customer service.
- A **fast learner** who can quickly grasp new product knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
- **Self-starter** who can work independently, manage time well, and requires mínimal supervision.

**Package and Remuneration**
- Market-related salary based on experience.
- Incentive and commission structure in development.
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
- Saturday: 09:00 - 14:00
- Position based at our Cape Town showroom (Woodstock).
