**As e-Commerce Performance Marketing Manager, you will**:
Develop and implement scalable traffic acquisition strategies that drive high converting customers to our services. Deploy A+ content in line with Reckitt Global standards with all eCommerce retailers. Drive in-platform search and out-platform SEO optimization through enhance product content with all eCommerce retailers. Compile and define annual Digital promotion calendar with all channels. Create and execute e-Commerce briefs for new campaigns to drive eCommerce KPI's. Brief seasonal marketing update of digital messaging to eCommerce. Develop monthly customer acquisition strategies with all eCommerce. Execute and implement social media Strategies will all Reckitt Brands. Actively identify areas for business growth & media opportunities to help drive revenue. Perform competitive analysis and competitive landscape research to suggest new campaign ideas and tactics to increase market share. Identify opportunities to optimize landing page design and UX to improve on-site conversion rates.
