**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and lead the restaurant team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds all quality and service standards.

Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to excel.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and service standards.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of food and beverage service, quality, and presentation.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Familiarity with Gaap point of sales system is a plus.
