As a pivotal member of our team, you will support the development, implementation and coordination of the company's CSR initiatives. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that CSR activities align with the company’s targets as per the CSR and Sustainability Frameworks. In this role you will be responsible for the administration of all CSR related activities including collation and tracking of data.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Program Planning and Implementation**: Assist in the implementation of CSR programs that are aligned with CSR and Sustainability targets.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Manage relationships with beneficiaries of the Group programs, clients and other stakeholders.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and oversee volunteer activities, Group community engagement events, and other CSR-related initiatives.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Collate and structure required data and track the progress and impact of CSR programs to ensure they align with corporate goals and social impact metrics.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all CSR activities comply with relevant B-BBEE legislation and industry standards.
- **Data Management**: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data for all CSR initiatives, performing regular audits and updates as necessary for BEE verification purposes.
- **Collaboration**: Work with different departments to integrate CSR strategies into company operations.
- **Communication**: Promote and advocate the company’s CSR objectives to internal and external stakeholders.
- **Coordinate**: Risk Insights and Eco Vadis Sustainability inputs

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Sound communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- 2 -3 years experience in managing and coordinating CSR initiatives and projects
- Strong analytical skills for data management and reporting on program outcomes
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry standards related to CSR
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to integrate CSR strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Capacity to support and develop creative solutions for community engagement
- Financial acumen to support the team in reviewing budgets

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CSR administrator role or similar position
- Demonstrated experiece in initiating and maintaining projects with social impact in the community
- At least 2 yeasrs experience in a Corporate Environment
