**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or management (Advantageous)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of HR (ESS)
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Must be a leader and team player
- SHEQ experience

**Key Performance Areas & Main Duties**:

- Staff Development and Training
- Operations Management Experience (Front Office (Vento/ HotelTime) / Housekeeping/ Maintenance/ Recreation)
- Security Management
- Logistics Management
- Financial Management and Budgeting (Oracle)
- Project Management
- Good General Management Experience
- Implement Trends in the Hospitality Industry
- Report work (Weekly reports, Monthly reports)
- Month End Tasks (Fleet management/ Incident Reports/ Stock Takes or Control)

**Package on offer**
- R27 000 - R32 000 pm (Basic)
