**_ Position Purpose:_**

The incumbent will contributes to the development, implementation and execution of the plant maintenance processes and

works with business process owners in developing appropriate strategies, tactics, and technology enablers for plant

maintenance.
- Incumbents communicates SAP PM capabilities and possibilities to designated functional areas, while seeking ways to

collaborate with IT members (the Architects, Business Analysts and Business Relationship Managers, in particular) to
- facilitate transitions.

**_ Position outputs:_**
- Understand business requirements, provide solutions, and configure the system accordingly.
- Develop business functional specifications and technical specifications for all new developments.
- Effective working relationships with partners, ICT/Business Analyst and other business teams.
- Continually develops relative and relevant core skills and business knowledge based on accumulated experience.
- Effective working relationships with partners, IT/Business Analyst and other business teams. Planning and executing SAP

PM implementation and development activities.
- Analyse functional and technical needs; identify gaps and alternative solutions relation to existing design.
- Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, packages, anticipate/identify issues that prevent the

attainment of project goals and implement corrective actions.
- Data Migration using tools such as LSMW/BDC.
- Assist with SAP PM data mapping to other systems.
- Provide SAP PM first
- and second-line support to the business.

**_ Qualifications & Experience:_**
- A relevant and relative Degree (NQF level 7).
- SAP PM / EAM certification
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a SAP PM support environment.
- Minimum 6 years’ SAP PM configuration and support.
- Soft Skills- Analytical and conceptual
- Able to Multi-task
- Presentation
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective Verbal and written communication

**_ Competencies:_**
- Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations.
- Strong configuration hands on experience in Plant Maintenance; including IMG.
- Knowledge of the SAP OSS.
- Hands on experience in configuration based on SAP best Practices.
- Integration with MM / IM/PS / FI/CO modules
- Sound knowledge in SAP PM transactional activities.
- Detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders and
