**Pur**pose of the role**:

- Internal Business partner to all Business Units, ensuring their individual strategies are aligned to the overall Business strategy specifically and act as a bridge between Business and IT services.

**Qualifi**catio**ns and Experience Required**:

- Business degree
- ITIL certification
- 7 years IT Management role
- Exposure and understanding of multiple business processes
- Proved experience of adding value from Business Solutions within large enterprise
- Ability to translate and evaluate business requirements and ensure that they are aligned to the Business strategy
- Skilled in the building of Business cases for new initiatives
- Skilled in developing a relevant program for new initiatives addressing resources, timelines
- Solid budgeting and ability to drive ROI
- Skilled in aligning processes to established ERP solutions
- Solid negotiation and persuasion skills
