The Mill Administrative & Digital Communications Assistant is to provide confidential and high-level administrative and digital communication’s support to the Mill Manager Facility Management Team and Mill at large.

The role requires the ability to work in an autonomous manner with minimum instruction and direction, establishing credibility as the “go-to-person” resolving concerns, identifying solutions, facilitating communication, and ensuring a smooth running of the office

**What will you be doing?**
- You Will be responsible for coordination, planning, and executing engagement sessions and mill visits. (Good planning and organizational skills are a must)

**What are we looking for?**:

- Grade 12 with a minimum of 2 years working experience in an Administration/Digital Communications field. **Or Graduate with Administration/Digital Communications field.**:

- A tertiary Qualification in /or studying towards, in related field, highly advantageous. (no experience)
- SAP order processing knowledge critical
- Exposure to working with Shopfloor teams
- Advantageous

**Personal Skills**
- Good command of English is a must,
- Strong organisational skills, effective at planning and able to manage and prioritise
- Highly collaborative, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Professionalism and resilient under pressure
