**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Making professional sales call to customers.
- Knowing the product being sold.
- Handling and overcoming objections from clients.
- Following the sales script 100%.
- Ensuring no risk or fraudulent sales are made.
- Treating the customer fairly.
- Understanding the call centre metrics and consistently achieving minimum metrics.
- Capturing and recording sales call details 100% in the CRM system.
- Adhering to the company’s policies and processes.
- Understanding the company’s culture and behaving in a manner that reflects the culture.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the sales industry
- Call Centre background experience

**EXPERIENCE**
- Prior call centre sales experience (minimum 2 years).
- Prior sales experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
