**Purpose of the Job**:
To deliver and facilitate training interventions through developing, planning, coordinating, scheduling, delivering & evaluating the training programs and facilitating training sessions including classroom instruction, field instruction, and administering assessments to ensure development gaps assessments and closure and in line with operations business requirements.

**What you’ll have done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Chemical Operations/Training & development).
- Minimum 5 years operations experience with 2 years as Process Control Technician.
- Experience as a Trainer/ Training Facilitator/ Training Coordinator.
- Knowledge of coordinating multiple training events.
- Familiar with office tools (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Registered Assessor

**Exciting Challenges you might face in the role**:

- Required to travel nationwide.
- Meet different stakeholders within the organization.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Design and develop training programs, including manuals, facilitator guides and other learning tools as required.
- Ensure that learning materials are correct, updated and that resources for training are available.
- Conduct refresher trainings and coach/ mentor employees & learners on progression and career paths.
- Ensure adequacy of skill and competence through assessing employees on practical aspect of task execution.
