**Kitchen Manager - Bossa Soneike**

We’re looking for a strong leader who thrives under pressure, maintains excellent kitchen controls, and brings energy, teamwork, and precision to the role.

Minimum Requirements:

- **2+ years’ experience** in a similar kitchen management role
- Proven experience with the **Pilot POS** system
- Strong knowledge and implementation of **kitchen controls**, stock management and portioning
- Solid understanding and compliance with **Health & Safety Regulations**:

- A **team-spirited leader** who trains, motivates and supports the kitchen team
- Excellent **communication and coordination skills**:

- **Fluent in both English and Afrikaans**:

- Positive attitude and **passion for growth** within the brand
- Must have **own reliable transport**:

- Must **live within a commutable distance** of Kuilsrivier
- Willingness to work **shifts**, including **weekends** and **public holidays**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
- Control stock levels, wastage, and kitchen costs
- Ensure efficient team performance and kitchen flow during service
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and management team
- Lead by example and uphold a culture of accountability and excellence

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
