We offer a **full-time position** for a Sports & Orthopedic Physiotherapist at our Outpatient practice in Fourways, Johannesburg. The job will only involve hourly outpatient treatments, and there will be no hospital work. **Diagnostic skills** are essential. This job will provide a great l**earning and mentoring** experience, which will help you expand your clinical expertise and become an exceptional trend-setting physiotherapist.

**Role Description**

As a medical professional, you will be responsible for **assessing, diagnosing, and treating** patients for various conditions related to pain, movement, and tissue damage. This includes establishing a **hierarchy of priority, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and educating patients on injury prevention and management**.

**Requirements**:

- Expert knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Must have great clinical reasoning with keen diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both **Afrikaans and English**.
- Experience and knowledge of various physiotherapy techniques and modalities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues
- Experience in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation is desired
- Strong diagnostic skills to properly assess and develop treatment plans for patients
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple patient cases at once
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

**Rate of pay**

**Basic Salary with Commission up to 55%**. Remuneration depends on your unique skill set. Preference to SCS, SPT, OMT, MSK Sonar, Dry Needling Level, Strapping, and experience in an outpatient private setting.

Pay: R17 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
