**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the overall Talent Management strategy for Gyro.
- Provide strategic workforce planning instruments and forecasts.
- Support talent acquisition and retention with Psychometric and other assessments.
- Roll out and maintain Succession plans for Gyro.
- Enable the annual Performance Management process by providing support to all stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance, planning and the development of an organisation's skills development strategy
- Develop and maintain a Workplace Skills Plan for Gyro.
- Assess the skills development needs of the organization
- Source Training and Development interventions to close the skills gaps
- Provide continuous performance monitoring and evaluation for training, develop concepts and standards for quality assurance process and acquire new customers.
- Manage talent development programmes, skills transfer, mentoring and coaching programmes for key talent, providing input to the skills development plan
- Plan, design and deliver Organisational Development and change management interventions in support of the Gyro HR and business strategies.
- Provide guidance, frameworks, instruments, and solutions to enable the execution of the change interventions.
- Measure and track progress and provide status reports on the impact of interventions to ensure business outcomes are met.
- Adapt interventions to changing business needs to ensure stakeholder needs are continuously met.
- Analyse business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Deliver, support, and manage strategies, processes and interventions aimed at advancing the strategic agenda and building a high performing Organisation
- Develop interventions focused on building an innovative, collaborative and client centred culture
- Develop initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, culture, and team effectiveness
- Develop strategies that encourage and support a learning culture in the organisation
- Develop initiatives that create and promote change agility and enhance organisational capability
- Support and implement any other projects in the people function as per business requirements

**Required Certification**:
Registration as a Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) is essential.

**Qualifications**:
Masters degree in Psychology/ Industrial Psychology/ Human Resources (NQF level 9). Registration as a Psychologist will be an added advantage.

**Experience**:
At least 7 Years experience in Talent Management and Organisation Development.

**Special Requirements**:
Ability to work beyond normal working hours.
Willingness to travel nationally.
Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation.
