**Title**:Business Development Associate (Recruitment)

**Location**:Cape Town, South Africa (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Business Development Associate** to join our team in Cape Town.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound outreach to finance leaders and decision-makers across the **UK, EU, US, and South Africa**.
- Research companies and identify potential new business opportunities in our target markets.
- Assist in the creation of outreach messaging, campaigns, and data segmentation strategies.
- Track engagement, leads, and campaign performance using CRM and reporting tools.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach with campaigns and content.
- Book discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to senior team members.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Early-career professional or recent graduate (1-3 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a startup environment.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prospeo, Dripify).
- Tech-savvy and proactive, someone who takes initiative and finds smart ways to connect with people.
- A natural communicator who enjoys networking, problem-solving, and helping businesses grow.
- B2B sales or recruitment experience (preferred but not required)

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Basic + **uncapped**commission structure
- Medical Aid Contribution
- Hybrid Role 3 days in office. 2 days remote.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
