Our client requires the services of a **Sponsorship & Product Campaigns Specialist**

**POSITION**:Permanent

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English. Any second language advantageous
- A self-starter who is able to set their own priorities and take initiative
- Communicative, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a “can-do” approach to tasks
- Must be numerate
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Confident and personable with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a local and an international team but also independently when the Supervisor/Manager is out of the office
- Ability to multi-task, but still attend to detail and focus on important issues
- Must be a team player
- Ability to stay focused when working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent PC Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

**Minimum requirements**:

- Must be prepared to travel occasionally and will therefore need to be flexible in terms of working houses, which will include some evenings and weekends
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves

**EDUCATION**
- Excellent in the English language
- Matric qualification
- Marketing Diploma/Degree essential

**EXPERIENCE**
- 3-5 years experience in a Marketing environment - preferably in a related industry
- Commercial experience displaying proof of strong organizational skills
- 2 years experience in Sponsorship management advantageous
- Search engine Marketing experience advantageous
- Product launch experience advantageous

**ROLE**:
**Marketing Materials and other literature**:

- All marketing materials must be accurate and professionally displayed, incorporating approved Group branding; they MUST be proofread and checked thoroughly prior to distribution to ensure there are no spelling mistakes or grammatical errors.
- Ensure correct global image for all products and literature produced whilst incorporating local/legal and other requirements.
- Keep abreast with all local developments with regard to the food industry and local regulations in order to ensure up-to-date and accurate adherence to legal and DSA requirements.
- Southern African website maintenance:

- Working in conjunction with the Sales strategy and Marketing coordinator to ensure Southern African content and marketing materials is up to date on all local websites and that information is easy to find.

**Search Engine Marketing and SEO**:

- Manage EMEA campaigns

**Staff Product Training**:

- Plan, develop, and coordinate product training programs for staff.
- Prepare training materials, developed instructional content, determine methodology,
- Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training.
- Coordinate training schedule, dates, and logistics.

**Staff Engagement**:

- To develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods.
- Sponsorship Management
- Developing and implementing a successful sponsorship strategy and the management, direction, and delivery of all incumbent partners’
- contractual rights.
- Ensuring all sponsors are integrated and achieve all business objectives.
- Managing the development and implementation of all creative and marketing elements associated with sponsorship.
- Establishing a permanent market presence while working with partners to ensure they secure maximum value from their sponsorship events.
- Ensuring all contract requirement are met.

**Product Launches**
- Plan and take part in the launch of new products and involve several different departments in such launches.
- Develop product messaging that differentiates new products from others in the market.
- Communicate the value of new products to members and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
- Liaise with respective team members to ensure that all updating of local product pricelists is completed, ensuring any written materials and presentations that corporate speakers may use for their training is ready and within corporate policies and GRA, prepare any marketing related announcement flyers and the event hand-outs.
- Work in coordination with the Sales team to ensure all tasks are completed on a timely basis to ensure the smooth running of the training events.
- Manage Corporate marketing campaigns
- Adhoc Marketing Project Assistance
- Assist where relevant with projects on an adhoc basis.
- Effective communication to all internal departments
- Communication on a regular basis to all internal departments to ensure efficient implementation and understanding of corporate and marketing policies and strategies.
