The PPC / Paid Search Executive is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for our paid media campaigns across various verticals and markets around the world. The PPC Coordinator is required to quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of our campaigns. One of the main KPIs will speak directly to ROI. **EDUCATION** - Degree in Marketing or any relevant field **EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED** - No less than 4 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC). - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools. - Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, Facebook, etc). - Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals and countries. - Latest AdWords / Bing / Google Tag Manager certifications a must. - Latest Facebook Blueprint a must. - Knowledge of CMS (WordPress / Joomla / Umbraco) preferred. - Knowledge of marketing automation technology preferred. - Knowledge of Taboola and mgid is plus. - Must be able to work remotely with a strong and stable Internet connectivity (fibre is a plus) - Project Management Skills **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook and other search platforms for a variety of internal campaigns. - Develop, maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics. - Manage the creation of large keyword lists. - Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns - Manage display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms. - Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals. - Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives. - Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly campaign reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives. - Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments. - Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals. - Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels. - Communicate to your team and management on project development, timelines, and results. - Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals. **COMPETENCIES** - Proactive and Enthusiastic - Takes Initiative and Invests Energy to Make things Happen - Solutions-Focused - Accountable and Responsible - Optimistic & Resilient - Continuous Improvement Mindset - Detail-Oriented - Able to Multi-Task - Organised - Manages Own Time Effectively - Passion for Search and Internet Marketing - Deadline-Driven - Creative Thinker - Ability to Clearly Articulate Thoughts - Ability to Learn New Industries and Business Types Quickly - High Levels of Integrity - Analytical **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** - Competitive salary plus performance incentives - Participation in company health (medical aid and gap cover) insurance plans after 90 days full-time employment - Paid vacation and sick days - Company laptop - Opportunity to advance your career in Growth Marketing
