Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting materials as needed.
- Manage executive correspondence, draft letters, memos, and reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, including assembling materials and ensuring timely distribution to attendees.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate executives' needs and proactively provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in using productivity software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and calendar management systems.
- Resourceful problem solver with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
