Our leading customer service team, based in South Africa, has a track record of achievement in providing excellent service internationally. We are looking for passionate customer-centric individuals with business-level proficiency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian to deliver exceptional customer service to customers.

**Requirements**:
You are based in South Africa or are open to moving to South Africa for 1 - 3 years on a contract
Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (verbal and written), with a good command of English
Strong customer orientation (previous customer service experience is advantageous)
Availability to work shifts (international call centre)
Strong PC literacy

**Job description**:
Identify customer needs
Provide customers with product and service information
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Maintain an up-to-date customer information system
Identify and escalate priority issues
Escalate customer issues appropriately and correctly
Follow up on customer calls where necessary

**Language**:
Swedish, Danish or Norwegian at a very good level (required)

Exceeds customer expectations by going above and beyond
Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light

Demonstrates an appropriate sense of urgency across channel responses and service levels
Follows company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately
Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures
Uses customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience.
Proactively communicates system and process issues, and customer feedback trends to management
