Our client in the Telecommunication industry is current;y recruiting for a Senior Real Estate Manager to Track and facilitate closure and documentation of lease renewals based on criticality to the company’s business operations. Manage all Landlord related queries and negotiate any new leases as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Site acquisition and related activities
- Manage and address all Landlord related queries.
- Negotiate and conclude new lease agreements, renewals and any other related workstreams within approved commercial parameters.
- Build lasting landlord relationships.
- Work across company functions to ensure resolution of any landlord related queries or issues.
- Ensure all leasing related documentation is processed and captured in line with company requirements

**Qualification Required & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or any relevant discipline.
- +5 years’ relevant work experience.
