Our company has a vacancy for a Store Assistant in the Maintenance Department, someone who is familiar with maintenance spares and must possess skills such as: great working abilities with attention to detail, can work under pressure and accurate record keeping.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 is essential.
- Knowledge of Maintenance spares and tools.
- Previous experience in a storeroom will be advantageous.
- A valid Forklift license will be advantageous.
- Computer literacy.
- Must be able to perform under pressure and without supervision.
- Hardworking, honest and self-motivated.
- Accurate working ability.
- Good communication skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Creating job cards.
- Issue stock as required and ensure the recordkeeping is done for the stock issued.
- Manage stock as required.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient levels are maintained.
- Assist with monthly stock takes.
- Assist in and outside the workshop where needed.
- General housekeeping of the storeroom.
- Maintain an orderly, clean and tidy working area.
- Carry out any reasonable instruction given to you by the Stock Controller.
- Must be willing to work overtime.
