LOCATION: Working from home with your own equipment, training takes place at our offices at 25 Owl Street, Braamfontein Werf, Johannesburg

REPORTING TO: You will be reporting to the Manager of Operations Support

MISSION STATEMENT:
The Entity Resolution Analyst is required to use their ingenuity and investigative senses to identify/find a particular company record in Inoxico’s database using input information provided by our clients. Input information includes the company name, a broken registration/VAT number, telephone number, website etc. Using the input information in combination with Inoxico’s software, Google and other sources, an appropriate match must be identified in Inoxico’s database and captured.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Entity Resolution (80%)
- Find and match the correct entity from the Inoxico database with that of the input information provided by clients
- Perform the work efficiently within company SLAs
- Work with Quality Control to ensure mínimal mismatch errors and high levels of accuracy
- Proactively assist and work with clients to comprehensively match their debtor’s book.
- Participate/conduct training when required

Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Maintain knowledge of ETL tools such as Microsoft Excel, KNIME Analytics Platform, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Collaborate with other team members to identify inefficiencies in the entity resolution process and develop or suggest optimization improvements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree preferred
