Personal Trainer

At Body20 Eikestad it's all about providing the best EMS training experience, ensuring our members achieve their desired results, and we make sure they enjoy it every step of the way Our Holistic approach is what drives our member's success and as a Body20 Coach you'll play a key role in each these offerings.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Sales** -taking initiative with high activity levels to generate new membership sales. KPI's will be set and performance reviews will take place monthly.

**Member experience** - Body20 is more than just training members on EMS, as a Coach you will be assisting and guiding members with Nutrition Doctor services, FitTrac Progress tracking and provide ongoing support.

**Admin** - Basic admin duties, reporting, CRM system, customer surveys and social media posts.

**Education & Development** - Body20 Global encourages a learning culture and will provide ongoing training and development to ensure all staff reaches their full potential in an everchanging business environment.

**Key Requirements**

We prefer a fitness or health related qualification or degree, and experience and track record will also be considered. It may also be an advantage to have work-based qualifications in sales or qualifications from professional bodies.
- Excellent sales skills - Target driven
- Initiative and enthusiasm, an interest in the fitness industry
- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Excellent communication and people skills, work well in a team
