Job Summary:
To negotiate, manage and enable Red Bull Perfect Store ensuring maximum sales of products within a set of Retail accounts for geographical area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Territory Coverage Management
- Ensure coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner
- Manage administration and development of designated area
- Ensure Completion of all calls allocated to individual territories

Perfect Store Execution and Management
- Manage the maintenance and growth of Perfect Stores databases, ensuring focus and visibility on availability and distribution, pricing, visibility, placements, and messaging
- Continuously monitor service delivery and make changes and improvements to improve offering
- Influence decision makers through the presentation of compelling insights and commercial proposals

Stock Management
- Manage orders to ensure Red Bull's stock keeping units (SKUs) are always in stock and on display
- Ensure stock has been ordered within required timeframes
- Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumerPOS Management
- Secure, and where possible, improve the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand
- Manage effective placement of POS by ensuring POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets
- Ensure promotional compliance by checking if agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day

Administration and Reporting
- Ensure completion of all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Implement Head Office agreements and ensure their execution based on merchandising standards

Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of client and customer objectives through interaction with relevant stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships in defined area by providing first class customers service
- Attend regular meetings to update client and customers, review plans and optimise processes (including third parties)
- Manage client expectations and manage reputation
- Manage and ensure effective flow of information

**What are we looking for?**
- Higher or Advanced Certificate or Relevant Diploma/NQF Level 6
- Code 8 Driver’s license
- 4-5 years’ sales experience in retail
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Administration skills and attention to detail
- Business acumen and problem-solving abilities
