Our Client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Dealer Development Assistant to be based in Byranston
**Purpose**:
Support function to DD Manager by conducting specialized Dealer Development functions for the brand across all product lines. This will entail the monitoring of dealer performance, both financially (high level) and from a compliance point of view, relating to dealer operating standards.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Must have Grade 12
- Must have previous experience in the Automotive Industry
**Duties**:
- Assist in the Implementation and roll-out of national
- Dealer Operating Standards and associated incentive programs
- Monitoring of the dealer incentive programs, dealer standards and determine the dealer network performance using Lightstone data and Autostats data.
- For “non-performing” dealers - The interpretation of dealer financials (high level-balance sheet and income statement analysis) to determine dealer’s financial health and provide the necessary interventions and corrective actions when necessary
- Present monthly management reports for the above tasks
- Dealer Development - Support with Corporate Identity up-keeping, maintenance and upgrades of the dealer network
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Dealer Development
- Liaise with all product divisions and suppliers to ensure the Dealer Development strategy is implemented
