The purpose of the role is to develop, direct, and coordinate the Fundraising and Communications Strategy in line with the strategic objectives of the Foundation.

Key perfomance areas:

- Conceptualise, plan, develop and implement the Fundraising and Communications strategy.
- Develop business plans and budgets for the Fundraising and Communications division.
- Align divisional plans with staff performance expectations.
- Review and oversight stakeholder management plan.

Minimum Requirements include:

- Bachelors degree in marketing and communication.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in Fundraising and Communications and working within the non
- profit sector.
- 4 years worth of managerial experience.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of developmental and macroeconomic environments.
- Communication and Fundraising experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Integrity and honesty.
- Relationship Management.
